Guaranteeing the best visibility at the point. Guarantee adequate inventory management at each point of sale, reviewing turnover and ensuring minimums according to sales trends. In order to avoid out-of-stocks and improve product availability.

Guarantee strict compliance with the terms/conditions of sale and all policies and procedures for the collection of cash, bank consignments and the use of security established by the Company. Carry out sales promotions and placement of new launches products according to the objectives given through the network of the channel, as well as generating a platform to implement the Trade Marketing activities in order to consolidate the results of the portfolio in the medium and long term. Provide the team of Distributors or owners of Indirect Retail points with the relevant training to improve execution in the POS.

Capturing opportunities and needs by supervising and coordinating with COD the implementation of training plans. Contribute through the accurate execution in your channel to improve the NPS indicator for reduced risk products. Coordinate and prepare together with the Indirect Retail Manager, Supervisor: Trade Marketing, sales and marketing plans to react tactically.

Who we’re looking for: Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related careers. Experience in mass consumption and retail companies.
