Job Title: :Regulatory Compliance Specialist.


Job Description: The Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for executing the Schlumberger Regulatory Compliance program and its components, and provide general support on compliance issues to internal clients and stakeholders within the assigned geographic territory, métier or sub-specialization.

Qualifications.

  • Studies: Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or mining
  • Experience (Months/Years): Minimum 3 years of experience in Audits, inspections of regulations in the handling of hazardous materials.
  • English level: B1/B2.
  • System experience: SAP, Power Bi.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop line and other managers' awareness and ensure regulatory compliance is an integral part of responsibilities and objectives.
  • Gain and maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations affecting local operations.
  • Coordinate the document gathering and submission processes for regulatory licenses and permits.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance documentation.
  • Support the preparation of reports to management and to regulatory bodies within set time targets.
  • Implement procedural modifications based on changes in local laws and regulations.
  • Report regulatory compliance incidents in QUEST.
  • Participate in external and internal regulatory audits and inspections and ensure all remedial actions are documented and closed in a timely manner.
  • Advise management on corrective actions required.
  • Help develop and provide awareness training to employees on processes for internal and external regulatory compliance requirements.
