What the day will look like

 To be the technical facilitator leader of the Financial Lines and Casualty product line for the commercial and customer service areas of the company in the Andean region, through leadership in the development of insurance placement proposals and the design of product alternatives, ensuring product and service quality, achieving the best cost and coverage conditions for current or prospective customers in accordance with the objectives established by the company.In conjunction with geographies, and industry leaders by sub-region:

• Leading the placement team of the Financial Lines and Casualty product line policies.
• Accompany customer service managers or VPs, commercial managers or VPs in the diagnosis of opportunities and presentation of offers to customers.
• Generate area and own management reports.
• Be a facilitator in the technical knowledge of the company and for customers
• Provide concepts on technical aspects of the product line to the different areas of the company when required.
• Lead the area's own processes in terms of committees, technological and administrative processes.
• Attend and comply with the minimum management indicators in revenue, roll over, aon united, engagement, innovation and hit ratio of business won.

 Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Experience: 8 years as a leader in insurance / reinsurance management or in brokerage in Financial Lines and Casualty lines.

• Technical Knowledge: Advanced and necessary in Financial Lines and Casualty (All types of liability).
• Studies and/or specialties: Lawyer, Economist, Financial or any related profession. Specialization in Insurance is desirable.
• Languages: Advanced Intermediate English
• Technological tools: Knowledge in Excel (pivot tables, database crosses). Presentations, handling of budget figures.
