Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the Accounts Payable Specialist will have to:
- Process a high volume of Accounts Payable invoices into Oracle ERP.
- Reconcile accounts, assist the Accounting team in preparing invoices and support the annual audit.
- Monitor the Accounts Payable email and handle any vendor payment inquires.
- Generate weekly cash requirements for the Treasury team.
The ideal candidate must be a Public Accountant with an advanced English level, minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable roles and Oracle ERP knowledge. This person would also ideally be proactive, good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
